Club management is coming soon. This guide describes the planned features.

Prerequisites

Before creating a club, you must meet these requirements:

Have an active player account

Your player profile must be completed (name, photo recommended)

Club information ready

Club name, city, affiliated federation (optional)

Be the manager or founder

The request is personal — you will be the first club administrator

Fill in the creation request

Access via your player profile → "My Club" section → "Request club creation".

Validation process

Request submitted

You receive a confirmation by email. Your request is pending moderation.

Team verification

The Darts Community team verifies the information (unique name, geographic consistency). Delay: 1-3 working days.

Club approved

Your club is visible on the platform. You can invite members and organize events.

Manage members

Once your club is created, you can invite and manage members from your club dashboard.

Share an invitation link or search by username

Validate

Approve or reject membership requests

Manage

Assign roles (admin, member) and exclude

Organize an internal tournament

As a club manager, you can create tournaments reserved for your members or open to the public.

From your dashboard, click "Create a tournament" and associate it with your club

Choose the format (knockout, round robin), starting score and number of legs

Invite your members and start matches with the real-time Score Counter
